Examples of workshops I offer:

Pedagogy for Inquiry - practices that support inquiry driven and concept based learning

Teaching and Learning Concepts - using concept based curriculum and instruction for unit planning.

My Aha Moments in Conceptual Learning - things the IB didn’t tell me and I had to figure out myself.
Deep Learning by Design - exploring playfulness, inquiry, and learning for understanding, making learning more meaningful, authentic and connected.

Planning teaching and learning

I work with teachers to design for deep learning through a concept based approach that is playful and inquiry driven. This can be subject specific or interdisciplinary and include:

Planning together
Facilitating student learning experiences together
reflecting on our teaching and the learning happening in our classrooms
Evaluating and evidencing the learning together

Strategic planning support and program implementation

I work with leaders to help develop strategic plans, create support structures for teaching and learning, and implement programs.

My experience lies mostly within the IB and specifically the MYP & DP. However, I have worked with educators and leaders across all age groups and within various frameworks.

Personal professional coaching conversations

I offer personal professional coaching conversations for teachers and school leaders to help you answer questions you have and move forward in a positive and supportive environment.
